This ideal mountain vacation home is nestled against the woods of mountains, 10 minutes from downtown Durango. The woods are your backyard where wildlife abounds, you have 15 private acres to enjoy. The spacious 4 bedroom home has lovely furnishing with rich décor to complement the stone and wood finishes. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen after a long day of playing in the mountains. There are 3 levels to this stunning home affording both privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. The second and third bedrooms both have queens, and the 4th bedroom we a bonus sleeping area with one set of bunkbeds, perfect for children. The large dining area is the perfect setting for a family dinner or entertaining guests. When you are ready to experience the stars that shine brighter in the Durango sky then anywhere, make your way to the beautiful outside deck. This property is pet friendly (with prior approval)and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200. Relax, listen and enjoy the sounds of nature.
