We were looking for a place to stay for a few days before dropping off our son at USC, this place and town was just what we were looking for. The location of the condo was smack down in the heart of the local scene, live bands, great beach/pier, awesome food. We drove to local shops only because it rained one day otherwise everything else was within walking distance.
The owners were very accommodating, definitely watch the video if you rent for location for parking , ha we didn’t but one of the owners was so gracious to lead us in the right direction and we will definitely visit again.

My family and I, had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend for anyone that is searching for a place to stay that is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, convenience store, and even dance clubs. I really enjoyed eating at the crab shack and Rita’s! Live as well at both venues. As for the condo, the owner is very responsive in a timely manner, and helpful with assisting you through the process of arranging your stay.

The condo was in a perfect location from the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and modern. We definitely recommend this condo and would come back.

The place was cool and in a great location. Across the street from the beach and the rising pier. The place was also clean had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again for sure. The only thing I would change is for some reason the cable package was super limited (very few channels available). Luckily it was super sunny all week so we spent all our time on the beach or out and about in town.

Great place and location. Loved the decor. I would suggest putting mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only one bathroom and maybe more hooks in the bathroom. Loved that you provide the video for parking. It was super helpful.

The unit was accurately described (actually exceeding our expectations) and just what we were wanting. Clean, easy access to the beach (about a block and a half) and dining (probably 20 options within easy walking distance). There was excellent communication prior to arrival, making check-in even smoother. Also, we found parking available each morning on the street in front of the unit. We would stay here again.

Immaculately clean. Fantastic location. Easy booking process with an agent on at all times. We had no issues and Carla was super friendly and helpful when I called to let her know that we would be checking in after midnight.

my friend and I went to Folly beach for a long weekend! It was great. The unit we stayed in was perfectly located. You could walk everywhere. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The accommodations were great! The unit was stocked with everything you needed. We would absolutely stay here again! I can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a prime location on Folly Beach. The hosts were very attentive, helped with things like extra sheets and towels plus local dinner reservations, and also accommodated early check in and late check out. In terms of the apartment itself, it advertises sleeps 5, and it does, but pretty tight quarters and little privacy. Plus on Friday night it’s extremely loud until 2 am. However sounds machines provided!
