Palms LUX Folly Beach Condo. This place is amazing, super modern and ultra clean. Brand New place with brand new awesome furniture. It is 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit with double doors that open onto Center St, a one block walk to the beach & over 20 shops, restaurants & bars. Excellent furnishings & a nice futon in the living room. You can also rent the front unit and there is an adjoining porch so you can combine the places and now have a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath place that can very comfortably sleep 8-10 people. Also NOTE this is a NO PETS unit so it is very clean and safe for those with pet allergies! The beach is less than a 5 minute, one block walk to the beach and totally walking distance to everything else that Folly Beach has to offer. There are over 20 shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that you can walk right out to and there is a 24 hour market one block away as well as a gas station convenience store within walking distance. This property is located in the heart of downtown Folly Beach and even though it is well insulated and is actually fairly quiet with all the windows shut, please be aware that on the weekends in particular, you will most likely hear sounds of nightlife. That said, this may not be ideal for families with small children or light sleepers. We do have white noise machines in the rooms to help with this too. If you like a more Urban feel where you can park once and walk everywhere then the Palms LUX Folly Beach Condo is where you should consider staying. Historic Downtown Charleston is only about a 25 minute car ride away and Charleston is a very Uber friendly city and rides to downtown Charleston can be easily arranged. House Rules & Check In Instructions for Palms Lux (back unit) ***Please be aware that this property is nestled in the business district and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Sounds of nightlife will be heard. Please also note that this property is only accessible by stairs, there is no ramp or elevator available.*** PARKING: ONLY 1 Parking Space Provided. There is also plenty of free street parking and pay lots just a block away. If you are going to have more than 1 car let us know ASAP so we can help you with an extra spot. The spot has a unit sign on it located in the Ally that runs behind the building next to the recycle cans.

A family of four adults we totally enjoyed our stay in apartment 2! Even though we were just behind the main street, and near bars, our apartment was quiet. The open floor plan was spacious and easy for cooking and relaxing. We didn’t figure out the pay TV, but fortunately didn’t miss it. Folly beach is a really short walk. The parking spot was easy to find and use. It was very good to have this dedicated spot. Folly is a great spot!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The location is fantastic for dining, shopping and beaching. Our walk to the beach was about 2 minutes with access to the pier as well. The nightlife noise was non existent until Friday night and manageable even then. Perfect for a shorter beach trip as there isn’t much lounge/relaxation space and no dressers for unpacking. Enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Love Folly Beach!

We were so happy with the place, even better than the pictures looked. We had everything we needed and had a blast. The bed in the room closest to the front door looks like it may be missing a few slats near the head. This causes the mattress to sink down a bit but other than that we had zero complaints!

This was our second time staying at the unit and everything was as expected. The unit was clean, well appointed, we had great communication, and the location is steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The unit can be a little loud from the Pub and street, but the value and quality is unmatched. We will stay again for sure.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Literally steps from all the bars and restaurants in Folly Beach, and only a short drive to Downtown Charleston. I can’t wait to go back, and I will definitely book here again! Also, it was very easy to contact the owners for info. Book here, you won’t regret it!

Place looked just like it did in pictures. Everything in the unit was great. One thing I would let people know is that Fri & Sat nights are MUCH louder than the other nights due to the 2nd level nightclub w/DJ above the Irish bar until 2am. Sun-Thur was fine, but Fri & Sat night was very difficult to sleep. So, people that plan to be out late those nights won’t care, but not ideal for a family with young kids those nights!
