We loved staying here for my sister's bachelorette party! The house was so spacious and clean, and had so many supplies to use (beach chairs, coolers, etc.) during our stay. We loved how it was walking distance to both the bars/restaurants and the beach. Perfect location!

The Big Chill was a great house! Very spacious and comfortable! The on-call travel agent responded quickly when texted, which was so nice! Would definitely recommend this home to a friend or even come back again!

Thank you Big Chill! We had previously found a different house and paid for it, then all of a sudden they refunded us our money and said they were not a venue. We were hosting a graduation dinner for 20. So at last minute I found this gem!!!! How lucky we were. It had the perfect accommodations for our needs and was a venue.
The house layout ended up being perfect for our family, plenty of room...4 bathrooms, came in so handy. The wrap around porch was so nice and gave us all that southern feeling. The back yard is what it is all about. The galvanized bar was amazing. We all loved and gathered around it. The stage was a perfect setting for the head table. Where the outdoor shower used to be made the perfect photo booth. We put a fun lounge set around the fire pit, one couch, 4 chairs, and 2 side tables, but there was room for more.
I cant say enough about how fun this house is. Did I mention its pet friendly?!? We brought the fur babies with us, 2 older large dogs. The fence is not completely connected, so if you have dogs that wonder or dont listen, be careful. My dogs are very calm and well trained so there was never an issue.
If I can figure out how to submit pictures, I would love to show off the beautiful party we were able to have.
The location really was great. Although one dreams of being on the beach, when you think of a beach vacation, we were so lucky. It's two blocks from everything...we walked every where, this is where we made most of the best memories. Just walking, talking, having fun! My dad rented a golf cart as his knee was hurting, he spent one full day exploring every street on the island. He loved it so much. On a traveler's note, my dad received a parking ticket. However he had purchased a parking pass...the problem was he couldnt leave the pass on the cart as it could have been stolen. He went down to city hall and they dismissed it of course. Maybe Folly can come up with some other form of parking pass for carts? Shame you have to go to court on your vacation when you followed the rules. It was just time wasted.
I would recommend this house over and over. In fact we may come back! Thanks Big Chill

The house was perfect for our stay down in Folly Beach. It was clean kept nice and cool and accommodated our group very nicely. Would definitely recommend staying in this house.

Very nice house with plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenage boys and 2 dogs. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Easy drive to downtown and West Ashley.

Great stay and great location. It’s was super convenient to be able to walk to everything and not have to worry about parking.
