We had a blast at Folly Beach. The weather was great. We rented a golf cart which made the travel around Folly a lot better. The house was nice and clean. Check in was seamless. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Our stay at the Cozy Corner was pleasant. Our family of five had just enough room. The cottage efficiently provides for your basic needs (laundry, coffee, full appliances) and provides plenty of clean towels (both bath and beach towels were provided). We loved the quiet, cozy, beachy vibe, and that it was close enough to walk to the beach (about 5-8 minute walk if you have little ones like we did). It was suitable for our children who were old enough to climb up bunkbeds and use a shower by themselves (no bathtub). The place was clean, especially the floors - which was great because there wasn’t much place to store your stuff, so most of our stuff was kept on the floor. Folly Beach is a great beach for families, and Charleston is a short drive away if you want to shop, eat and hit up all the historical sites.

Perfect location! Queen bed a little soft for us. Plenty of linens. Loved having a grill.
A little buggy. Several spiders and spider webs in the house and on the porch. A little unsettling to have one crawl across your foot 😳

I would like to thank all those responsible for the wonderful week on Folly, in the Cozy Corner Cottage. There had been much work done to the house to make it charming, attractive and easy to live in. The first day we needed assistance getting the video equipment working, but help came quickly. With the exception of the upholstery, everything was like new.
I do have a few suggestions. The main room of the house needs better (brighter) lighting. A small buffet or cabinet would allow for food storage and more counter space. A larger dinning table would be nice. A dresser in the master bedroom would also be nice. A small folding table in the north bedroom, and small coffee table for the television area would have been useful.

An absolute charmer! This house was perfect for our small (5 person) group. The beds were comfy, the public space cozy and the deck so relaxing. We were a short walk from the beach and the shops, but also felt like we were in a quiet corner. Just what we needed.

We had a fantastic time in the Cosy Corner ! The house is perfectly located : only 3 blocks from the beach ; it has everything needed and was very clean !
We had a little key problem and Carla and Chris handled it So greatly that this evening turned out to be one of our best memories !
We live very far away but definitely want to go back !

Great location and very clean home. We enjoyed our stay and the walk to dinner. The only negative was the amount of standing water under and around house. Bugs were an issue and made outside shower almost impossible to use. If that were fixed we would stay at this house all the time. A true beach experience for a surfing family.
