Perfect location. Just a two minute drive to Folly Beach and about 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The condo is right on the water. My fiancé and I watched the dolphins while we had coffee every morning. It really was a great stay and hope to be back again!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as it was the first time! We live the relaxing atmosphere of the river views as well as the convenience to restaurants and beach access. Everything you could need is available at the condo. Looking forward to the next stay!

Second time staying at this rental and it was even nicer this time than previous. this is a comfortable, quiet unit within walking distance of "downtown" Folly. FollyTime Rentals was great in accommodating change from our original reservation that we couldn't keep due to COVID restrictions.

Great little condo with awesome views and feel. We had to cut our trip short thanks to the Coronavirus outbreak which totally sucked. The management was very accomodating and understanding of our predicament. I would recommend this condo to families or individuals alike. Close to the pool and marina. Fully outfitted kitchen with everything you need to have a great time on island.

The Condo was very clean and the views were amazing! Beds were comfortable. Easy short drive or walk to Folly. Communication was excellent regarding check in and out process. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay again.

We loved every minute of our stay here! The condo was spacious with beautiful views from both porches. Sadly we never saw any dolphins but loved watching the sun come up each morning and watching the birds on the water. All the beds were very comfortable, and everything was super clean. We had everything we needed and didn't want to leave when our trip was over. The condo was very close to the main street of Folly and the beach. It took us about twenty minutes to walk all the way to the pier which we did several times during our stay. My children have already asked if we can come back next year.

Greatly situated place located near some great food places. The place was clean, neat & well-equipped, even if you do arrive late it won't matter. All the essentials were there. I was reimbursed immediately due to weather evacuations. Definitely will come back. Realtors were fairly easy to get in touch with as far as questions & other inquiries. Loved the area & ambience of the accommodations. Very rustic & homey. Next time I will book before hurricane season. lol

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this spacious unit for the week. There is a beautiful view of the river downstairs and from the master bedroom. The pool (which is very nice and big) was just across the drive, very convenient with 3 kids! There are lots of stairs to climb to get into the unit, then more to get to the bedrooms so keep that in mind! Everything was super clean. The beds were very comfy. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit as well. It's in a great location, close enough to walk to get a bite to eat, but yet just far enough away from the busy atmosphere of down town Folly. We drove out to the Folly Beach County Park every time we went to the beach. It was worth paying the $10-$15 in parking to easily find a spot to park, plus it has a bathroom, and several foot washes/showers and places to change. It was beautiful and not as busy as by the pier. We would definitely come and stay in this unit again!

Our first trip to Folly Island was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The check in was so easy and condo was perfect. Was very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Loved watching the dolphins each morning while having coffee and dinner on the screened porch each evening was so relaxing. Can’t wait for our next trip

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, very spacious and perfectly located just outside the city. The beach is less than a mile a away and getting anywhere from West Ashley to Downtown was no more than a 15 minute drive. Access to the pool is great for the day(s) you just want to relax and not go anywhere. There is an abundance of wild life to see right from the main porch or the master bedroom porch. Every day we saw dolphins swimming right in-front of our condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have stayed!

We enjoyed our stay at Southern Harmony. The location is great. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beach towels, and chairs were a nice touch. The video sent before our stay was very helpful. We were a little disappointed that the view from the screened porch was limited by the large palm tree right in front, however the view from the bedroom balcony is wonderful. The bed in the master bedroom was much too soft for our comfort and the air-conditioner was not cooling the unit on our last evening and morning. This unit has a lot of steps.

We had a wonderful time in Folly! The condo was the perfect getaway and had all the comforts of being at home! We even saw dolphins swimming through the channel. Great location too!

We had a great time at Mariners Cay! The condo and grounds were very nice and has a great view of the marina!
Only complaint would be that the master bath tub was slow to drain and needs some Drano. But it was no big deal. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, easy access to Folly Beach. Comfortable master bedroom and a really nice balcony overlooking the water and marina. The kitchen is a little narrow with limited counter space for more than one per person at a time, but we did a lot of meals in the condo over this holiday week and it was manageable. We would be happy to stay here again!

Nice place for our long weekend getaway to have Christmas with our son and granddaughter!
Beds were comfortable and paper supplies were appreciated.
Some furniture is alittle tired but doable. Liked having the half bath downstairs.
Owners were prompt in addressing questions about wi-fi and door lock.

We booked through VRBO but will be sure to book directly through Folly Time Rentals next time. The Folly Time staff were responsive to any questions related to our rental and even for advice on local food and fun. They were also reachable via text, email, or to speak with an actual person on the phone. Carla at Folly Time went above and beyond to accommodate our group. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Folly Beach and Folly Time Beach Rentals! We had the best time and an extremely positive experience!
